Mr Tim's band seeks to change the listening habits of the next generation. By this, we are referring to the 'tweenies' who are currently under represented in today's music market. After the 'Wiggles' or 'High Five' children arrive at school and have nothing of quality to listen to. Often parents will find that their children then move to 'pop' music with inappropriate lyrics and film clips as there is no alternative provided. This places children under increasing pressure to grow up even faster than they already have to.

Mr Tim aims to give young people an opportunity to make an educated choice in their musical tastes by providing an album that plays grown-up music with children's themes.

In 'Bartimus Fum's Rock Mission', Mr Tim provides children with a listening adventure of quality, experienced, live musicians (and no MIDI tracks). The music also deals with relative experiences and issues that face children today as well as giving parents an opportunity to enjoy this sophisticated music that combined elements of funk, rock, blues and a special brand of craziness that will have everyone wanting more!
